Easter and More

For Easter weekend, we drove to Wichita Falls with Bud and Ashley to see Ashley's grandparents and join in their big Easter egg hunt celebration. While there, we also walked around this beautiful park with trails and a waterfall. Look, we even got in one of those rare family photos!

Their family Easter egg hunt was an impressive feat! Hundreds of eggs, filled with everything from candy to dollar bills to golden tickets! Unfortunately, it was pouring for the event, so the hunt was indoors - but nonetheless Misha and Sebby, like all the other kids, ended up with far, far too much candy! They loved it.

Wiping confetti from my hair - they filled real egg with confetti for the perfect food fight!

Time for the potluck!

Playing at the park - before the rain, that is.

My little Easter bunny, with his bear Grr.

Other activities from a few weeks ago....

Playing games

Building puzzles

Designing pet food dispensers

Engaging in elaborate all-day-long Lego games.  Misha says that you can get extra guys and monsters from the "store," but that sometimes the monsters come to life by themselves and jump into the game.

Misha makes fun math games for Sebby, including this mathy musical chairs.

Experimenting with building a nest.

Josh and Sid looking contemplative at the park.

More kites!

Sebby and Sophia

On the uni.

Misha's cool puppet show he made for Ashley for her birthday, about a frog in search of food.

An overall day

Trying out a slack-line at the park - the boys were quite good!

Rola Bola with uncle.

Sebby on the slack-line.
